how do i cancel my subscription?
go to iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → unfried → Cancel Subscription.
i was charged but can't access premium
restart the app, then tap "restore purchases" in Settings. if that doesn't work, email us.
how do i delete my account?
in the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. this permanently removes your data.
how do i restore my progress on a new device?
sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally. your progress syncs automatically.
does the free trial auto-convert to paid?
yes. the 3-day trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. you can cancel anytime in iPhone Settings.
is there a refund policy?
refunds are handled by Apple. request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
